Conditions and information

To confirm your booking, it is necessary to send us a written confirmation together with a down payment of 30% of the amount of the whole stay.The rest must be settled within 30 days of arrival.

Should your arrival be delayed or your departure anticipated, the total cost of the stay will be applied.

On the day of your arrival, the chalet will be available from 2 pm., 
and the chalet must be vacated by 10 am. on the day of your departure.

For arrivals after 6 pm. please notify us by phone.

Domestic animals are welcome but only on request and they are subject to charges.
For those staying with animals is required an extra for the final cleaning of € 50.

Cancellation fees and conditions:

• In case of cancellation, or modification made a month or more prior to the established date of arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount.
• In case of cancellation or modification made within a month of the established date of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged
